报告题目：Geometry of Ricci Solitons

摘要：Abstract: Ricci solitons play an important role in the study of formation of singularities in the Ricci flow. They are self-similar solutions to the Ricci flow and natural extensions of Einstein metrics. In addition, compact Ricci solitons are critical points of certain geometric functional defined by Perelman. In this talk, I shall present some recent progress on classifications of shrinking Ricci solitons and stability of Ricci solitons with respect to Perelman's shrinker entropy.

报告人简介: 曹怀东，美国里海大学（Lehigh University）教授，J. Differential Geom. 执行主编。曾获 Alfred P. Sloan Foundation Research Fellowship、John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation Fellow、 NSFC Outstanding Overseas Young Researcher Award。曹怀东教授的研究方向是几何分析，论文发表于Invent. Math., Duke. Math. J., Bull. Amer. Math. Soc., J. Eur. Math.Soc., J. Differential Geom., Math. Ann., 等期刊。
