报告题目：数论、密码学和图灵奖
报告摘要：从数论谈起，说明加密函数都是整系数多元多项式，密码分析都是求解丢番图方程。希尔伯特第十问题的否定回答使得加密函数永远是存在的。然后，介绍获得图灵奖的密码学成果，包括Diffie-Hellman、RSA和Goldwasser-Micali。本报告用通俗易懂的方式讲解。

报告题目：Perfect Splitter sets and lattice tilings
报告摘要：In this talk, we will talk about the splittings of finite groups. Splittings arise in connection with the problem of tiling Euclidean space by translates of certain unions of unit cubes.We first present Hickerson's couting technique argument, then we talk about some results on factorization of Abelian groups. To end the talk, we will give some results on non-singular splittings with small multiplier sets and present some open problems for research.
